You can take everything out at any time, without asking us. If we ever close, that stays open for 90 days after we tell you. Keeping your work somewhere that could hold it hostage would defeat the point of the whole thing.

No. What you upload is exactly what you get back. Playing a track in the browser uses a smaller copy we make separately, so the original is never the one being touched.

There is no browse page, no feed and no search. Nothing you upload can be reached by anyone until you make a link yourself, and when you do, people hear a stream rather than the file.

No. We do not train anything on your audio, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who does. If that offer ever turns up with enough money attached to be tempting, the answer is still no.

No. Paying for your account lets a label see what you chose to show them and nothing else, and you can take that back yourself without asking them first. If the arrangement ends, you keep every file.

Worth saying plainly, though: storing a song here does not change who owns it. We take no rights over anything you upload, and if you have signed a contract, that contract still decides. Where ownership is disputed, it is between you and them. We hold the files, and we act on a proper legal request rather than on whoever emails us first.

Uploads pause. That is all. Nothing already stored is deleted, and everything stays playable and downloadable for as long as your account is open. We email you at 85 percent so it never lands in the middle of an upload.

In Europe. Every account is kept there, wherever you happen to live, and we would tell you first if that were ever going to change.

Up to 2 GB, which covers a long piece at 24 bit and 96 kHz. If your connection drops halfway through, the upload carries on from where it stopped instead of starting again.

Yes. Every account starts free with 2 GB, no card asked for. It is enough to put a few songs in, make a link, send it to somebody and see whether any of this is worth paying for.

It stays free for as long as you want. When 2 GB runs out, uploads pause and nothing is deleted, so a free account is never a countdown to losing anything. Paid plans start at €3 a month, and if you try one and it is not for you we refund the first payment in full within 14 days, whatever you uploaded and whatever the reason.
