Your data is stored in Europe, and every account is kept there wherever you live. We would tell you first if that were ever going to change.

Your files sit in storage that keeps its own redundant copies, on every plan. On Artist and Studio we also write a second copy to a different provider in Europe, within minutes of landing, so a single company failing never takes the only copy. The second copy is part of what the larger plans pay for.

No. This holds audio: your masters and every mix of them. Project files, stems and documents are not uploaded, and nothing in your folders is read beyond the audio.

Keep the session wherever you work. What belongs here is the bounce you would send somebody.

A desktop app that watches the folder you work in, so every bounce you save lands here without you doing anything. It only reads, and never renames, moves or deletes a file of yours.

A single file can be up to 2 GB, which covers a long piece at 24 bit and 96 kHz. If your connection drops halfway, the upload carries on from where it stopped instead of starting again.
